Setting Up Automated Trial Follow-Up Emails

After a trial lesson, you can set up an automated email to invite your customers to permanently join the class

Setting up automated follow-up emails after trial lessons can help streamline the process of inviting customers to permanently join your classes. Here's how to configure it:

  1. Click < to the right of Classes.
  2. In the expanded menu click Trials.
  3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  4. In the Trials Follow Up section, choose whether you want to send follow-up emails to trial attendees who were present or absent. You can opt to enable one or both options by ticking the box labelled Student Present or Student Not Present
  5. Click Save to apply the changes to your settings.

Trial Follow-Up Present Email:

Your Lesson Trial

Dear <Customer Name>,

We hope that <Student Name> enjoyed your <Class Name> lesson <Lesson Date>.

Would you like to continue with this class?

Many thanks,

<Your Company Name>

Trial Follow-Up Absent Email:

Your Lesson Trial

Dear <Customer Name>,

We are sorry that <Student Name> could not make their <Class Name> lesson <Lesson Date>.

Would you like to reschedule for another time?

Many thanks,

<Your Company Name>

💡 You can edit the email templates by going to Messages > Email Templates > and find the template you want to edit. And remember to Save.

Once set up, the system will automatically trigger these emails 30 minutes after you complete the attendance registers for the trial lesson, simplifying the process of transitioning trial attendees into regular students.
