# Bulk Credits

## Learn how to add credit a group of customers in one action

You may need to add bulk credits to your customers if a lesson was cancelled, to do this follow the below steps.

1. Go to `Billing` \> `Credits`
2. On the right hand side you will see  `Add Bulk Credits` Press this
3. You will then need to go through and select the customers you want to add the credit too.

**Note:** All customers selected will have the same amount of credits applied

4\. Once customers are selected press `Add Bulk Credits` 

5\. Select the **Amount** of credit you want to give your customers

6\. Add a **Description** of why they are receiving the credit (this is for your record)

7\. Select `Create`

**Note:** Once you press create, you will be taken back to the credits page where you will be able to see the credits you have just added.
