New Class Manager was launched on 1 July 2025 as the next generation of Class Manager. While it introduces a redesigned interface and many new features, Classic Class Manager continues to be supported, and there is currently no requirement or deadline to move.

Classic Class Manager Will Continue to Be Supported
You can continue using Classic Class Manager for as long as it meets the needs of your school.
There is currently no deadline or requirement to migrate to New Class Manager.
While our development efforts are focused on New Class Manager and new features will be released there, you are free to choose when, or if you'd like to move.
Why Move to New Class Manager?
New Class Manager has been rebuilt from the ground up with a modern interface and a growing range of new features.

📝 Classic Class Manager currently includes a wider range of reports and Xero integration. New Class Manager already includes finance and student reports, with additional reporting and integrations continuing to be developed.
Moving to New Class Manager
If you decide to move to New Class Manager, you'll first need to recreate your account and seasons/terms.
Our team can then manually migrate:
- Families
- Students
- Staff
- Custom fields
- Custom fields responses
At present, transaction history cannot be migrated.
We're also developing a one-click migration tool that will make it easier to move information such as classes, customers, and transactions in the future.
Subscription and Payment Options
Classic Class Manager uses a monthly subscription model. New Class Manager is free to use, and instead charges a transaction fee when payments are processed.
This means there are no subscription fees during holidays or quieter periods, and pricing doesn't change as your school grows.
