Learn how to add credit a group of customers in one action
You may need to add bulk credits to your customers if a lesson was cancelled, to do this follow the below steps.
- Go to
Billing
>Credits
- On the right hand side you will see
Add Bulk Credits
Press this - You will then need to go through and select the customers you want to add the credit too.
Note: All customers selected will have the same amount of credits applied
4. Once customers are selected press Add Bulk Credits
5. Select the Amount of credit you want to give your customers
6. Add a Description of why they are receiving the credit (this is for your record)
7. Select Create
Note: Once you press create, you will be taken back to the credits page where you will be able to see the credits you have just added.
