Editing / Updating Assigned Staff of a Class

When setting up your classes, you've likely assigned a staff member to each one already. This section discusses how to attach a new staff member to a class.

Here's how to add or change a staff member for a class:

  1. Use the Global Search feature to quickly find the class or click < to the right of Classes.
  2. In the expanded menu click View All.
  3. Select the season and locate the class
  4. On the Basic Information tab, click Edit.
  5. Locate the staff member's name and select them to assign them to the class, then remember to save your changes.
  6. Proceed to the Lesson Setup tab.
  7. Select the lesson, which will take you to the edit page, where you can choose the staff member's name, and then save your changes.
