Key differences and updates in New Class Manager
Classic Class Manager Will Continue to Be Supported
We’ve heard feedback from schools about migrating to the new platform and want to reassure customers that Class Manager Classic will remain available.
You can continue using Classic Class Manager for as long as it works for your studio, with no requirement or deadline to migrate.
While we’re continuing to develop New Class Manager, the decision to switch platforms is entirely up to you.
If you do decide to move, our team will help guide you through the process.
Moving to New Class Manager
If you'd like to move to New Class Manager to take advantage of new features, you can do so by:
-
Recreating your seasons in New Class Manager
-
Allowing our team to manually move families, students, and staff
At the moment, transaction history cannot be migrated.
We’re also developing a one-click migration tool that will allow schools to transfer data such as classes, customers, and transactions more easily in the future.
Subscription and Payment Options
New Class Manager uses a percentage-based fee per transaction, instead of the traditional monthly subscription model.
This means schools don’t pay subscription fees during off-seasons, and many will see lower overall costs.
