A guide on how your customers can sign in and use the Parent Portal App.
The Parent Portal App offers a seamless and intuitive platform for parents to manage their child's class registrations, schedules, payments, and communication with instructors and administrators.
To get started with the Parent Portal App, customers need to download and install the app from the app store. They can do so by following these links:

Once installed, customers can launch the app to begin. They will be prompted to log in to their account.
If customers encounter difficulties logging in, it may be because they are attempting to sign in to the admin app. In such cases, kindly advise them to verify the app they have downloaded.
Dashboard
Upon successful login, customers will be directed to the dashboard. Here, they can access their students' upcoming lessons and the social feed.
The social feed serves as the app's noticeboard, where important messages are posted for customers. Messages can be tailored to specific classes, ensuring relevant communication. To learn how to add messages to the notice board, click here.
Classes
In the "Classes" section, customers can view all upcoming lessons for their students.
Billing
For billing inquiries, customers can navigate to the billing section to review payment history and invoices.
Notifications
Customers will also receive account alerts in the notification tab, such as reminders for unpaid invoices.
Account
Customers can update their account details in the "Account" section. Here, they can also access and update student information without logging into the browser version of the platform.
