Digest emails provide a convenient summary of account activity, delivered to your inbox automatically based on the frequency you choose.

How to Enable Digest Emails

  1. Click < to the right of Settings.
  2. In the expanded menu click Digest Plan.
  3. Enable the feature under Company Digest Emails.
  4. To create new notifications, click Create.
  5. Select your preferred notification frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
  6. Optionally, add a description for each digest notification.
  7. Choose the categories of activity you want to receive updates about.
    • New Customer(s)
    • New Student(s)
    • New payment(s)
    • Lessons Absence
    • New pending enrollments
    • New portal registrations
    • Lesson Trials
    • New trial registrations
  8. Don’t forget to Save your settings.

This simple setup ensures you stay informed about important updates on your Class Manager account without overwhelming your inbox. 👍
