Learn how to cancel or make changes to trial lessons
Managing trial lessons in Class Manager is straightforward, whether you need to cancel or make changes to an existing trial lesson. This article will guide you through the steps to effectively cancel or edit trial lessons for your customers or students.
Editing a Trial Lesson
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
Trials
. - Find the trial you want to edit and click the
Edit
button. - On the next page, select a different lesson date then click
Update Lesson Trials
. - Confirm by clicking the
Update
button when prompted. - The customer will be notified via email about the changes.
If you want to change the class they are trialling, you will need to cancel the trial first and create a new trial or ask the customer/student to register for the correct class.
Cancelling a Trial Lesson
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
Trials
. - Tick the box next to the trial you want to cancel.
- On the upper right portion, click the
Cancel
button. - Confirm by clicking the
Cancel
button when prompted. - The customer will be notified via email about the trial cancellation.
