How to import GoCardless customers to Class Manager

Already using GoCardless and want to transfer all active mandates to your Class Manager account? Let's have a look at how to do that!

If you haven't enabled GoCardless yet, check out our article on how to set it.

Then, once everything is set and running, open your GoCardless settings:


And click on 'Import Customers':


What happens next?


You might get 2 columns there:
1. 'No match found' - that means these GoCardless customers have no active profiles on ClassManager or their GoCardless email address doesn't match the one which is linked to the ClassManager account:


2. 'Ready to import' - these GoCardless mandates are ready to be imported if you click on the 'Import Direct Debits' button:


Once all mandates are imported - you will be able to find them in the 'Direct Debits customers' list:
