Importing GoCardless Customers to Class Manager

Transfer your active GoCardless mandates to Class Manager with ease

If you're already using GoCardless and want to move your active direct debit mandates into your Class Manager account, you can do this in just a few simple steps.

Before you begin, make sure GoCardless is enabled. If it's not, refer to our guide on setting up GoCardless first ➡️ GoCardless - Introduction

Once everything is set up, follow these steps:

  1. Click < to the right of Billing.
  2. In the expanded menu click Settings and then GoCardless.
  3. On the right-hand side, click on the Import Customers option.

What happens next?

You may see two columns during the import process:

  1. No match found: This means that the GoCardless customers do not have a corresponding profile in Class Manager, or their GoCardless email doesn't match the email linked to their Class Manager account.

  2. Ready to import: These GoCardless mandates are ready to be brought over. Simply click Import Direct Debits to complete the transfer.

Once the import is successful, you'll find all your GoCardless mandates in the ‘Direct Debits Customers’ list, fully integrated into Class Manager.
