Adding a Post on the Portal Noticeboard

Keep your customers informed by posting updates and announcements on your portal.

Regularly updating your portal noticeboard is a great way to keep your customers informed about important news, updates, and class information. To create a post for your customer portal, follow these steps:
  1. Click < to the right of Messages.
  2. In the expanded menu click Portal Noticeboard then select Add to create a new post.
  3. Fill in the required fields, including the title, description, and any images you want to include. You can also set an expiration date for the post. Additionally, choose which classes will see the post by selecting them from the list. Alternatively, leave the classes field blank for the post to be visible to everyone.
  4. Once everything is in place, don't forget to click Save to publish your post.

📝 The maximum character limit for the description of a noticeboard post is 500 characters.

💡 For the best visual result, we recommend using a 7:6 ratio for images. You can also use the "Facebook post (landscape)" preset on Canva for an ideal fit.

Your customers will see the post when they log into their accounts on the customer portal. They can click on the post to view the full details.
