How to add a post on the Portal Noticeboard

You can create multiple posts for your customer portal and notify them about recent updates, etc.

 

By going to 'Messages' > 'Portal Noticeboard' and then 'Add', you can add a post to your customer portal:



There you would need to add a title, description, images, and expiration date of the message. You can choose who sees your post by selecting the classes you want to share it with. Don't forget to save your post after.

 

What is the best image ratio to use?

We recommend to use 7:6 ratio, also you can use 'Facebook post (landscape)' on Canva.

What happens on the customer's side?

The customers would be able to see your message if they log into their accounts on the Customer portal. And they can click on the post to view the entire post.
