Switching Subscription Plans

Class Manager is available in the form of annual and monthly subscriptions. You can switch between these two plans at any time.

Class Manager offers both monthly and annual subscription plans, allowing you to choose the best option for your needs.

To check the pricing for your region, simply visit our pricing page and select your location from the dropdown on the upper right.

If you wish to switch between the two subscription plans, follow these steps:

  1. Click < to the right of Settings.
  2. In the expanded menu click Account and then Payment Details.
  3. Select your new subscription plan and click on the Change Subscription button.
  4. A confirmation page will appear. Once confirmed, the plan will be updated, and you will be charged immediately.

You can review your past invoices and billing history by going to Settings > Account > Invoices at any time.

📝 When switching from a monthly plan to an annual subscription, any unused time from the monthly plan will be prorated against your new annual invoice, ensuring a smooth transition without extra charges.
