Enhancing Profiles with Photos

Simplify Identification with Profile Pictures

Remembering individual customers, students, or staff members can be easy with visual cues. Uploading profile pictures can greatly assist in identifying individuals within your classes or organisation. The process remains consistent whether you're updating customer, student, or staff profiles.

Here's how to add a photo to a profile:

  1. Click < to the right of Customers, Students, or Staff.
  2. In the expanded menu click View All.
  3. Select the person whose profile you wish to enhance with a photo.
  4. Once on their profile page, click on Edit.
  5. Click the Upload button and search for the desired photo from your device.
  6. Don't forget to Save your changes before exiting.

Additionally, customers can also upload photos of themselves or their students through their portal. 


To upload their photo via the customer portal:

  1. They need to log in to the customer portal.
  2. On the top menu, click Profile.
  3. Select My profile.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Upload and locate the photo.
  6. Remember to Save your changes.

To upload their student's photo via the customer portal:

  1. They need to log in to the customer portal.
  2. On the top menu, click Students.
  3. Choose the student whose photo you intend to upload.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Upload and locate the photo. 
  6. And remember to Save your changes.

Integrating profile photos not only streamlines identification but also enriches the personalised experience within your class management system.
