Now you can embed information from your classes on your website using Class Manager
We understand the importance of having up-to-date information on your website as oftentimes customers first shop for classes online.
Considering that, the “Website” feature is an easy way of embedding your calendar on your website so your customers can easily access information such as class names, location, time, prices, and staff.
1. Click on >
right of Website
and then Settings
2. There, you’ll have to fill in your website domain. Make sure you hit Save
before leaving the page.
3. You can choose between either adding the script manually or placing the script the system will automatically generate for you.
a. If you want to do that manually, simply click on the 'copy key' button to copy the text to the clipboard.
b. Now, if you want to place the script done for you, click on >
right of Website
in the expanded menu click Embed
and click on Season
.
4. You will have two scripts there: HTML and JavaScript. You need to copy both script types and place them on any page of your website
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a preview of how the table chart will look on your website
5. You can select a specific season to have the information displayed on your website or even hide some information you don’t want by unticking the boxes below.
Please note that the boxes for ‘time’, ‘location’, ‘class’, ‘staff’, and ‘price’ are ticked by default. If you don’t want some of them to be on your website, don’t forget to copy the generated script only after unticking the boxes. The script changes when you tick/untick the boxes. That also applies to selecting ‘latest season’ or any other season from your school in Class Manager.
