Embedding your calendar from Class Manager into your website

We understand the importance of having up-to-date information on your website as oftentimes customers first shop for classes online.

The Website feature in Class Manager allows you to embed your class calendar directly onto your website. This lets customers easily view key information such as:

Class names
Locations
Times
Prices
Staff

Setting Up Your Website Embed

1. Add Your Website Domain

1. Go to Website > Settings
2. Enter your website domain
3. Click Save

2. Generate Your Embed Code

1. Go to Website > Embed
2. Select Season

3. Add the Embed Code to Your Website

1. Copy both the HTML and JavaScript scripts provided
2. Paste them into the page on your website where you want the timetable to appear

You’ll see a preview at the bottom of the page showing how your timetable will look.

💡 (Optional) Using the Company Key

If you prefer to set this up manually, you can use the Copy Key option in Website > Settings.

This is typically only needed for custom or developer setups. For most users, using the generated scripts is recommended.

4. Customise What’s Displayed

You can control what information appears on your website:

- Select a specific season or choose Latest Season
- Show or hide fields such as:
  - Time
  - Location
  - Class
  - Staff
  - Price

📝 Note:

These fields are selected by default
Any changes you make will update the generated script
Make sure to copy the script after making your selections

Once added, your customers will be able to view your available classes directly on your website 💻
