Ensure multiple family members or guardians receive important communications
To send emails to more than one contact for a single student, such as notifying both parents, you’ll first need to add an additional contact linked to the student’s profile.
Step 1: Create a New Contact
Refer to our guide here ➡️ Create Additional Contacts to set up a new contact. Make sure the Receive Messages option is enabled for that contact.
Step 2: Send Emails to Multiple Contacts
Once the additional contact is set up, any emails you send will automatically go to both the original customer and the new contact.

. - In the expanded menu, select
Create Email
. - Choose the student in the Recipient Group box, and both the customer and the contact will be included in the email distribution.
Now, you can effortlessly keep multiple family members or guardians in the loop! 🙌
