How to send emails to multiple contacts for one student

Let's have a look at how to send emails to multiple contacts for one student. For example, to send an email to the mother and the father of the student, you need to create a new contact linked to the customer.

Create a new contact:
Go to 'Customer' > 'View All' and open the customer's page. Once on the page, go to the tab 'Contacts' and press the button at the top on the right 'Create':

Enter the additional contacts info:

After you have finished the creation of your contact, if you send an email from the messaging, it will enter both the initial customer and the contacts email address.
Go to 'Messages' > 'Create' and search for the student you want in the 'Recipients Group' box. The customer and the contact will automatically be added to the email!
