If you would like to set your classes to a specific enrolment age
For classes that are aimed at specific age groups, you may want to set a minimum and maximum age bracket. This means no student can be enrolled to this class unless they fit inside the set age bracket. This also means that if you have online enrolments enabled, your customers will only see the classes that are suitable to their students current age.
To set this, go to 'Classes' > 'View All' and select the season/class where you want to set an age range for.
Click on the class you want to set the age bracket for. On the basic information page, click 'Edit' to adjust the previous saved details. Once you have selected a minimum number then you will need to select a maximum number. Then just click 'Save'.
If you change your mind and would like the class to have no age bracket, you can change this back at any time by selecting the options for 'Any' age.
You have the option to change the 'Age Enrolment Date'. This is the date in which students eligibility for enrolment is determined.
For example if your school runs academically then you can change this date to start from September to fit in to your seasons.
Head to 'Settings'>'Company'>'Information' to adjust the date and month. Ensure you press 'Save' to keep these changes.
