Prevent Emails from Going to Spam and Help Customers Receive Important Messages
This guide explains how to prevent your emails from landing in spam by whitelisting them on Gmail, Yahoo!, Outlook, and Hotmail. You can share these instructions with your customers to help ensure they receive your messages and invoices.
Why Emails Go to Spam
Email providers sometimes mistakenly block or send emails to spam folders if they suspect the email is unwanted. Whitelisting tells email providers that emails from a specific address should be delivered to the inbox.
Messages and invoices sent from the school or studio will come from no-reply@app.classmanager.com. If you have a custom domain, we can set that up to replace the no-reply address—just contact our team for assistance.
Customers should check both their inbox and spam folders for emails from this address to ensure they’re receiving your messages.
