When you have set up your holidays and you want to make one of your lessons active within that time period
When you've configured holidays in your settings, lessons scheduled during those periods are automatically marked as Inactive. Inactive lessons do not display on your calendar and are not billable.
However, you might want to make specific lessons active again, especially for one-off classes or workshops during the holiday period.
Here's how to reactivate lessons within a holiday period:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
VIew All
. - Select the relevant season and desired class.
- Open the class page by selecting it, and navigating to the
Lessons
tab. - Locate the specific lesson you wish to make active and toggle the button to turn it on.
- Changes are saved automatically.
Once the lesson is marked Active, it will reappear on your calendar and become billable for your customers as usual. This allows you to schedule and bill for special events or workshops held during holiday periods without affecting your regular class schedule.
