Managing Past Due Subscription Payments
Ensure your subscription stays active by clearing past due payments
If your Class Manager subscription shows a Past Due status, it means a recent payment attempt was unsuccessful.
Here’s what to do next.
If You Have a Card Saved on File
If a valid card is saved to your account:

The system will automatically attempt to take payment

If the payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds), the system will retry automatically
In most cases, no action is needed unless the retries continue to fail.
If payment keeps failing, please:

Check that your card details are correct

Ensure there are sufficient funds available

Update your card if needed
How to Pay the Invoice Manually
If you prefer to make the payment yourself, you can do so directly from your account.

Go to
Settingsfrom the left menu -
Select
Account -
Click
Invoices -
Download the unpaid invoice

Open the invoice and click the payment link

Follow the prompts to complete payment
Once payment is successful, your subscription status will update automatically.
