Move an individual class from one season to another

If you need to move a class to a different season due to changes in dates or to correct errors, follow these steps:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the relevant season and find the class (or use our handy global search feature).
- Click the class to open it, and click
Copy Class
. - Select the new season from the dropdown menu.
- Then click
Save
.
If you've already invoiced for this class in the previous season, note that you won't be able to create new invoices for it in the new season. Once a class has been invoiced, the system recognizes this and won't generate additional invoices. If you need to invoice for the class again, you are welcome to clone the season.
Transferring a class to another season can be done easily. Whether adjusting dates or correcting mistakes, this process ensures seamless management of your class schedules across different seasons.
