Relocating a student to a different class in Class Manager ensures they are enrolled in the correct session while keeping invoicing accurate. Follow these steps to move students and manage their invoices accordingly.
Moving a Student to Another Class
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Choose the relevant season and locate the student’s current class.
- Open the class and go to the
Student List
tab. - Tick the box next to the student and click
Move to Another Class
. - Select the new class from the dropdown menu and confirm the move.
Handling Invoices After Moving a Student

If the student has already been invoiced:

The original invoice will remain unchanged.

You may need to manually adjust the invoice to reflect any fee differences.

If necessary, issue a credit note for the previous class and generate a new invoice for the new class.
