Creating Class Packages for Fixed Pricing

Group several classes into a package and assign a fixed price

Learn how to group classes into packages with a fixed price using the Packages feature.

Setting Up Class Packages:

  1. Click < to the right of Billing.
  2. In the expanded menu click Packages.
  3. Click Create to add a new package.
  4. Enter the name of the package and select the season it covers.
  5. Define the maximum number of classes included in teh package.
  6. Assign a fixed price.
  7. Click Save to create the package.
  8. Next, under the Classes tab, click Attach/Detach to select and add specific classes to the package.
  9. Navigate to the Students tab within the package.
  10. Click Attach/Detach to add students eligible for this package.

Billing and Usage Details:

When generating an invoice, the package price will be applied, with individual class costs set to 0 within the invoice. 

You can monitor student attendance within the package to determine usage against the included class limit.

📝 Packages cannot be booked online via the customer portal. Customers interested in purchasing packages should be added by administrators to generate invoices accordingly.
