All the information you need to get started with providing your customers with pre-recorded lessons!
This guide explains how to offer pre-recorded lessons to your customers, allowing them access to valuable content at scheduled class times.

Steps to Add Pre-Recorded Lessons:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the season you wish to clone and find the class.
- Open the class by clicking it, and go to the
Online Class
tab. - Click
Recorded Videos
. - Enter the YouTube video URLs for each lesson. Ensure the videos are unlisted to restrict access before the class starts.
- Click the
Save
button to confirm your video settings. - You can choose to send out bulk emails to customers by clicking
Send invite to customers
, helping them navigate accessing the lessons and encouraging them to register on the portal if they have not already done so.
Disabling Online Classes:
If needed, you can disable online classes by clicking the Disable Online Class
button from the Online Class tab.
Customer Portal Experience:
After setup, your customers will view upcoming classes in their portal. Straight from their dashboard, they can click Watch Class
to access the lesson. If within 5 minutes of the start time, the embedded video will play directly in the portal.
If using YouTube, the video will embed; otherwise, customers will be redirected to the video link. An assistance link is available if they encounter viewing issues.
