Printing a Register

Easily print and customize your class register in Class Manager, adjusting settings like displayed information, student sorting, and font size to suit your needs.

There are multiple ways to access and print a class register.

  • From the Dashboard:
    1. Locate the Upcoming Lessons widget (if not here follow the steps from the class page).
    2. Select the class register you want to print.
    3. On the next page, click Actions and then PDF Class Register to download a printable PDF.
  • From the Class Page:

    1. Navigate to Classes > View All

    2. Select the season, and find the class.

    3. Click on the class to open it, go to the Lessons tab,

    4. Click Download Term Register to get a printable PDF.

  • For the Whole Season:

    1. Navigate to Classes > View All
    2. Select the season

    3. Click Download as  > Download as PDF to generate a full-season register.

Customizing the Register Appearance

You can adjust how the register looks by modifying the settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Company > Information

  2. Under the PDF Registers section, adjust the options available such as:
    • Showing or hiding specific columns (i.e. emergency phone numbers, medical information, age and date of birth, and current balance).

    • Rearrange the list by sorting students according to their last names.
    • Changing the rows per page

    • Changing the font size for Student name and surname
    • Changing the font size for custom attributes (e.g. photo consent, etc.)
    • Changing the font size for reasons of absence
  3. Click Save to apply your preferences.

By customizing your register settings, you can ensure it presents the most relevant information for your classes. If you need further adjustments, revisit the settings and make the necessary updates before printing again. ✅
