How to use tags

Now you can group your staff members, customers and students to create custom recipient groups, tag by level of their skills, etc.

How do I add them?

To create a new tag, head to 'Staff' or 'Customers' or 'Students' > 'Settings' > 'Tags' in your main menu:

Once on this page, hit the 'Create' button (on the right hand side near the Search bar) to add a new tag group:

Then enter the name of your new custom group and click on 'Save':

How do I add tags to my staff members, customers or students?

There are two ways of adding individuals to a tag group;

1) After you've created your Tag, click onto it and navigate to the 'Customer/Student/ Staff' tab, depending on which tag type you are creating. You can find this tab next to the 'Tag Detail' tab:

Once on this tab, you will see an 'Attach/Detach' button on the right hand side - simply click on this and it will bring up your Customer/Student/Staff list, and you can use the button next to their name to select whether they are attached to that tab.

If the button is purple then it means they are included on the tag, if the button is white then it means they are not on the tag.

2) An alternative way of adding to a tag, if you're just looking to add one individual for instance, is to go to their profiles and click on the Settings tab.

Under 'Customer/Student/Staff Tags', you can search and attach them to your tag groups:

Choose tags, and then save all changes by clicking on 'Update tags'.


Can my customers/students/staff members see their tags?
No, they won't be able to see them. Tags are only accessible through the admin website.
