Enabling Trial Reminders

Never Miss a Trial Lesson with Automatic Reminders

In Class Manager, you can enable automatic trial reminders to ensure your customers are notified about their upcoming trial lessons. Here's how to do it:

1. Click < to the right of Classes.
2. In the expanded menu click Trials.
3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
4. Tick the box labelled Enable Trial Reminders.
5. Click Save to apply the changes to your settings.

Once enabled, your trialling customers will receive a notification a day before their scheduled trial lessons, helping them stay informed and prepared. 👍
