Managing your student's classes, payments, and profile with ease
The Customer Portal is designed to simplify and enhance your experience in managing your child’s school activities. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about using the portal effectively, from accessing important information to handling payments and more.
Accessing the Customer Portal
To begin, you'll need to log into the Customer Portal. You should have received a login link or invite from your child’s school. If you’re unsure of your login details, reach out to the school’s administrative office for assistance.
Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in, you’ll be greeted with your dashboard. Here, you’ll find an overview of account status, upcoming classes, a noticeboard, and quick links to various sections of the portal. This central hub is designed to give you easy access to everything you need to manage your child’s school activities. From the dashboard, you'll find:
- Enrol Now option
- Upcoming Classes
- Noticeboard for any announcements
- Most recent payments
- Accepted payment methods by the school
Managing Enrolments
One of the key features of the Customer Portal is managing your child’s enrollments:
- Upcoming Classes: Check the classes or programs your child is currently enrolled in.
- Enrol in New Classes: Browse available classes and enrol your child directly through the portal. Click the
Enrol Now
button from the dashboard to start. - Review Class Schedules: Access and review your child’s class schedules, including any changes or updates.
Students Overview
In the Students section, you can view and manage details for your student(s) and update their profiles if necessary. If you have a new student to add, you can easily do so from this section.
Classes Overview
The expanded menu offers several options for managing your student's class schedules:
- Upcoming: View all upcoming classes for your student, including details such as time, date, duration, teacher, and location.
- Previous: Access a list of previously attended classes.
- Enrol: Select a student to enrol, and you'll be presented with a list of available age-appropriate classes for them.
- Lesson Trials: View any upcoming trial lessons, complete with details like date, time, duration, teacher, and location. You can also apply for new trial lessons here.
- Pay As You Go (PAYG): Review a list of upcoming PAYG classes and apply for additional PAYG lessons if needed.
Billing Overview
In the Billing section, you can manage and track payments for classes, products, and more:
- Invoices: View all your invoices here. You can download invoices and, if they’re unpaid, click the 'Pay' button to process payments if card payment options are available through the school.
- Orders: See any product orders you've made through the portal.
- Payments: Access a history of all payments, including payment plans. Payment details such as date, method, amount, and status are listed. If a payment is due, a 'Pay' button will appear (if card payments are enabled).
- Plans: This section shows all your payment plans, both active and completed, along with the instalment amounts, frequency, start and end dates, and next instalment due date.
- Recurring Charges: Here, you'll find details of any recurring charges, including the amount, frequency, instalments, status, and start date.
Profile Overview
In the Profile section, you can manage your account information and settings:
- My Profile: Update your personal details, including name, email, phone number, and address. You can also change your password and add additional contacts or emergency contacts for your students.
- My Files: Access any shared files related to your account or your students.
- Contacts: Add or manage additional contacts and emergency contacts for your students.
- Settings: Manage saved payment cards, AutoPay settings, and payment plans. You can also set up Direct Debit and adjust automatic payment preferences.
