Adding a Logo to your company information can add that extra personal touch to your parent portal, emails and invoices.
Before we begin make sure the image is in one of the following file formats:

JPG
-
JPEG
- PNG
We support images up to 8MB (8124kb). We recommend compressing the image for an optimal, clear result ⭐ (additional help at the bottom of the article)

to the right of Settings - In the expanded menu click
Company
and thenInformation
- On the top left of the page there is the section Logo Uploader. Select the
Upload
button and select your image - Once the image has successfully been uploaded, you should be able to see the file name on the page. You can then select to
Save
in the top right hand corner of the page. - You should now see your logo under the Logo Uploader section.
All our invoices default with a white background. To ensure that your logo blends nicely into the design, we recommend uploading it in either:

PNG format with a transparent background
-
White background
Both will ensure it looks seamless on your invoices and other places we utilise your logo, like the portal.

Is the logo still not appearing on your invoices?
First, check your settings page to ensure that your logo is correctly uploaded. If uploaded correctly, please proceed to refresh your invoices.
Please note - you can only refresh draft invoices. You cannot update the logo for invoices that have already been approved (including archived invoices).
