Setting Up Virtual Classes Online

Steps to Configure Virtual Classes:

  1. Choose a Video Conferencing Service:

    • Sign up for a video meeting service like Zoom or Google Meet for optimal functionality.
  2. Schedule a Meeting:

    • Create a scheduled meeting within your chosen service and obtain the meeting URL for later use in class settings. Utilize typical settings like video hosting and recurring dates.

  3. Retrieve Meeting URL:

    • Access your scheduled meeting to retrieve the meeting URL, essential for class settings and customer access.
  4. Enable Online Class Settings:
    • Click < to the right of Classes.
    • In the expanded menu click View All.
    • Select the season you wish to clone and find the class.
    • Open the class by clicking it, and go to the Online Class tab.
    • Click Live Stream.
    • Enter the meeting URL and add a description.
    • Click Save.
  5. Send Invitations:
    • After inputting details, save your settings and send invites to associated customers by clicking Send Invite to Customers. Emails will include instructions for joining the class online.
  6. Starting the Meeting:

    • Begin your meeting by initiating the session within your video conferencing service. Familiarize yourself with the controls and features of your chosen platform.

Disabling Online Classes:

If needed, you can disable online classes by clicking the Disable Online Class button from the Online Class tab.

Customer Portal Experience:


Customers can log in to their portal and access upcoming classes with the "Join Online" button if enabled as an online class.
