Let's demystify seasons – your secret weapon for keeping your classes organised and accessible.

Picture seasons as handy folders, neatly grouping your classes based on timeframes for billing. They're like virtual bookshelves, making it easy to find what you need when you need it. With this intuitive system, locating classes, whether past, present, or future, becomes a breeze.

With seasons, you have the flexibility to define timeframes that align with your operational needs, whether it's a term, semester, half-term, or month. It's recommended to synchronise your seasons with your billing cycles for optimal efficiency.

Customisation is key with seasons, allowing you to edit the names of each season according to your preferences. Additionally, seasons are clearly delineated into three categories: Archived for past seasons, Active for ongoing classes, and Upcoming for future classes.

Navigating through seasons is intuitive. Upon accessing your class page (Classes > View All), you'll immediately notice the categorisation by seasons. Clicking into a specific season reveals the classes it encompasses, along with various management options.

  • Create Class : Quickly add a new class to the selected season.
  • Invoice Season : Generate invoices for a specific season Learn how to initiate this process here.
  • Clone Season : Simplify preparation for upcoming seasons by replicating existing setups. Discover how to seamlessly transition to a new season here.
  • Download as PDF/CSV : Download the entire season's registers in PDF or CSV format. 
  • Price List : Download a PDF file with the class price list of the current season.
  • Delete Season : Remove the selected season (season needs to be empty).
