This is an online portal that your existing and new customers can access. This was one of our most requested features.
It gives your customers the ability to view and update their own information.
Don't worry! They are not logging into your account!
The portal means you no longer need paper registration forms and no more questions from parents about what time upcoming classes are or telling you they haven't received their last invoice.
They can now do all of this on their own device simply by logging into the portal.
What customers can see & edit when logged into the Parent Portal:

A personal Dashboard, showing them upcoming classes their students/children are taking part in as well as recent payments made by them. From the dashboard, they can also create new students or view which students are already registered to them.

Their profile. On this page, they can view and update all of their personal information which will update your account in real-time.

The student/s linked to them. In most cases, this will be their children. Here they have the ability to update their students' details and add an image for them. They can also create new students which would be added onto the Class Manager account automatically.

Add extra contacts. Your customers may have other family members who they would like linked to their account for emergency contact reasons. They can add as many as necessary.

View the upcoming classes their students or children are booked onto with details such as venue, teacher, time, date, etc. All in chronological order.

View their full invoice history, with the invoice status and with the ability to download as a pdf. If you have online payments set up this is where the customer will be able to pay.

View their full payment history to the school.
