Why are some time slots not visible when creating a new class

The system might not allow you to choose a timeframe for a lesson of your class if it is before opening or after closing times of a venue.

When setting up a new class, you may encounter instances where certain time slots are not available for selection. This can occur due to a couple of reasons.

Firstly, if the desired time slot falls outside of the opening or closing hours of the selected venue, the system will not allow you to choose it. The availability of time slots is restricted to the operating hours specified for each venue.

To update a venue's operating hours:

  1. Click < to the right of Settings.
  2. In the expanded menu click Venues, then click View All.
  3. Select the venue you want to edit.
  4. Click the Edit button and update the opening and closing times as needed.
  5. Remember to Save your changes.

Secondly, if you have already scheduled another lesson at the same venue, room, and time, the system will prevent you from selecting the overlapping time slot.
