Why are some venues not showing when creating a new class

When you create a class, you need to add the venue. You will need to make sure these venues are created in your settings.

When setting up a new class, it's crucial to include the venue where it will take place. If you're encountering issues where venues are not appearing as options, there are a few steps to take to resolve this.

Begin by confirming whether the venue has been created in your system. 

  1. Click < to the right of Settings.
  2. In the expanded menu click Venues, then click View All.
  3. If not on the list, go ahead and Create.
  4. Be sure to Save your progress after adding the venue details.

Think of the venue as the building itself. To ensure seamless integration, create rooms within the venue by clicking the Rooms tab.

Once rooms are added, they will always appear in the drop-down menu when creating a class. This comprehensive approach ensure that all necessary venue details are accounted for, facilitating a smooth class creation process.
