      Zapier Integration - Introduction

      A brief summary of setting up your Zapier Integration

      📝 This article assumes that you are familiar with Zapier as a platform, and how it works.


      Save time and reduce manual admin work with Zapier integration. You can use it as a bridge between Class Manager and other services you use.

      To link your Zapier account with Class Manager, follow these steps:

      1. Click < to the right of Settings.
      2. In the expanded menu click Integrations and select Zapier.
      3. Toggle the integration to Enabled.
      4. Once enabled, click on the Follow This Link option to accept the invitation for integration with Zapier. Make sure to copy the Zapier API Key as you will need this later.
      5. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to accept the invitation, allowing you to start building your Zaps.
      6. To finalise the connection, create a new Zap and select Class Manager as the app along with any of the Event Triggers available.
      7. Click on the account dropdown to sign in to Class Manager and complete the integration.
      8. Enter the Zapier API Key you copied from Step 4 into the appropriate field within the Zapier interface. Then select Yes, continue to Class Manager to proceed.
      9. The final step is to test the connection based on the event trigger you selected. This ensures everything is functioning correctly.

      Available Triggers with Class Manager

      Zapier allows triggers based on various actions in Class Manager, including:

      • Customer created / deleted / updated
      • Student created / deleted / updated
      • Invoice created / deleted / updated
      • Order created / deleted / updated
      • Leads created
      • PAYG booked
      • Payment created / deleted
      • Trial lesson booked / updated

      By utilizing these triggers, you can automate many of your tasks and enhance your productivity.
