# Printing an Invoice

## When you need a physical copy of a customer’s invoice

There are two methods for printing an invoice:

#### **First Method:**

1. Click `<` to the right of `Billing`.
2. In the expanded menu click `Invoices`.
3. Search for and select the invoice you wish to print by checking the box next to them.
4. Click on **`Group Actions`** located at the top right of the page.
5. Choose **`Print`** from the dropdown menu.

This will download the invoice as a PDF to your device, which you can then print.

#### **Second Method:**

1. Click `<` to the right of `Customers`.
2. In the expanded menu click `View All`.
3. Find the customer whose invoice you need to print and access their page.
4. Navigate to the **`Billing`** tab and open the invoice you want to print.
5. Click the Download button at the top left of the page.

The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF to your device, ready for printing.

Printing invoices is straightforward with Class Manager, whether you’re handling one at a time or multiple invoices. By following these steps, you can easily obtain a physical copy for your records or to send to your customers.
