# Copy a Class to Another Season

## Move an individual class from one season to another

 

📝 Note: This guide is specifically for moving an existing class to another season, not for preparing for a new time period. If you need to move a class to a different season due to changes in dates or to correct errors, follow these steps:

1. Click `<` to the right of `Classes`.
2. In the expanded menu click `View All`.
3. Select the relevant season and find the class (or use our handy global search feature).
4. Click the class to open it, and click `Copy Class`.
5. Select the new season from the dropdown menu.
6. Then click `Save`.

If you've already invoiced for this class in the previous season, note that you won't be able to create new invoices for it in the new season. Once a class has been invoiced, the system recognizes this and won't generate additional invoices. If you need to invoice for the class again, you are welcome to clone the season.

Transferring a class to another season can be done easily. Whether adjusting dates or correcting mistakes, this process ensures seamless management of your class schedules across different seasons.
