Customising Your Online Registration Form

Add custom fields (custom attributes) to your online registration form on the portal for new customers

Ensure you gather all necessary information from your customers by integrating Custom Attributes into your registration process.

Customise your enrolment form according to your school's needs. Whether you require parental photo consent or student medical details, you can add these fields to the form.

Here's how:

  1. Click < to the right of Settings.
  2. In the expanded menu click Custom Attributes. You can select an attribute to edit it or create a new one. Follow this link to learn how to Create your Custom Attributes.
  3. When creating or editing an attribute, make sure to check the following boxes:
    1. On Registration: This adds the attribute to the online form for customers to fill out during registration.
    2. Show on Portal: This allows customers to view the field in the parent portal.
    3. Editable by Customer: Enabling this option allows customers to edit the field in the parent portal at a later time.
    4. Required in Portal Selecting this option makes the field mandatory, ensuring customers must provide information for it in the portal.

  4. And don't forget to Save your changes.

Upon completion by the customer, the filled-out data will populate the relevant customer/student pages.
