# Composing Emails with Darcey AI

## Enhance Your Email Communication Using the Darcey AI Feature

Darcey is our integrated AI tool designed to instantly generate compelling email content. Simply provide Darcey with a prompt, and it will create a polished, customisable email draft for you to refine as needed.

Here are a few examples of what you can ask Darcey to compose:

- "*Inform customers about the new dance class schedule.*"
- "*Announce our upcoming dance recital*."

### How to Use Darcey AI

1. Click `<` to the right of `Messages`.
2. In the expanded menu click `Create Email`.
3. You'll see the option to use Darcey - select `Ask Darcey`.
4. Enter the main points or details you'd like the email to include.
5. Click `Generate` and Darcey will produce a well-crafted email for you.
6. Once you're satisfied, click `Apply` to finalise the email and send it to your customers.
