Understanding Why a Status is Incomplete and How to Fix It
When you hover over the status, the system will highlight what components are missing.The reasons for an Incomplete status may include:

No students enrolled:
- If online enrollment is disabled, the class will remain incomplete until at least one student is added manually.
- With online enrollment enabled, this issue is automatically addressed as customers enrol their students themselves.

Lessons not setup:
- For a class to appear on the parent portal and be billable, lessons need to be set up with registers.
- Until lessons are properly configured, the class will remain incomplete.
- To address this:
- Click the class to open it, and navigate to the
Lesson Setup
tab. - Make sure the lessons are created, if not go ahead and
Create
.

- No active lessons:
- Inactive lesson mean you aren't teaching on the day. At least one lesson needs to be active to complete the class setup.
- To address this:
- Click the class to open it, and navigate to the
Lessons
tab. - Here, make sure the lessons are toggled
Active
. ClickToggle All To Active
to activate all lessons.

📝 It's important to note that classes with an incomplete status cannot be billed until all components are resolved. Thus, it's essential to complete the setup of the class before moving forward with generating invoices.
Once the necessary setup steps are completed, the Incomplete status will transition to Upcoming or Active, depending on the class's scheduled dates. 👍
