Setting Up Your First Season

Learn how to create a season to organize and bill for your classes within Class Manager.

Creating a season sets the billing period for your classes, ensuring that invoices are generated based on the specified dates. Start organizing your classes within the newly created season to streamline management and billing processes.

Creating Your Season:

  1. Click < to the right of Classes.
  2. In the expanded menu click Create Season.
  3. Enter a name for your season.
  4. Specify the start and end dates that correspond to the billing period for your classes.
  5. Click Save to confirm and create the season.

Once saved, your season will act as a folder where you can organize and manage classes. Access the newly created season to begin adding classes within it. 

Establishing your first season is a foundational step in organizing and managing your classes efficiently.
