Visualise the location of your customers and understand the geographic areas you need to reach

What is the Customer Heat Map?

The Customer Heat Map offers a dynamic way to visualize the locations of your customers and gain valuable insights into the geographic areas you're serving. It is an interactive map where you can see all your customers' locations and your venue locations.

Where Can You Find the Customer Heat Map?

You can easily access the Customer Heat Map directly from your dashboard or by:

  1. Click < to the right of Customers.
  2. In the expanded menu click Customer Map.

Staff members can also access the Customer Heat Map by ensuring their permissions are correctly set:

  • Customer: View Customer Map permission to view the map via the menu.
  • Widget: Widget_customer_map permission to see the Customer Map widget from the dashboard.

What Does the Map Display?

On the map, your venues are represented by green pins, while your customers are marked with purple pins.

Who Appears on the Map?

Only active customers are displayed on the map. To ensure visibility, customers need to have a valid postcode and country listed in their address field (excluding billing address). Similarly, venues will only be shown if they have valid postcode and country information.
