Get Started 6 - Register attendance

Now that your student is enrolled into your class and has paid, you will need to record their attendance on your registers...

  1. Click on Dashboard in the main menu.
  2. You'll have one lesson at the moment. To see and mark the register click on the lesson. 
  3. On the online registers, there are three options to choose from when marking each students attendance (present, absent or late). Select which one applies to that student (if selecting absent, an optional box will appear below to enter the reason).
  4. Once an option is selected, that box will be highlighted. If needing to change the selected option, just click on the new option to change which is highlighted. 
  5. Once the register is completed, select to save

Tip: You may be wondering if you can add further information onto your registers (eg. emergency contact numbers). Yes you can - you can use Custom Attributes

Tip: The dashboard widget only shows 'Upcoming lessons'. If you need to mark the attendance past the date of the lesson, you can find the list of your classes registers by following the steps: 

  • Click < to the right of Classes
  • In the expanded menu click View All
  • Select the relevant Season
  • Select the relevant Class
  • Select the Lessons tab

    To access the register click the Register button on the right hand side of the screen.
