You've mastered the basics so get ready to go live!

Great work so far 🙌.  Now, to ensure everything is set up and ready for your customers to join and enrol there are a few more things you may like to check out. We've given you a list of common tasks so pick the ones that apply to you. You don't have to do them all at the same time (you can always come back later) and remember, if you need more help with any of these please chat, email or call - we're here to help. 

Don't forget: In the get started guide, we've created a class, customer, student and/or invoice. You may want to delete the invoice (and any other bits) if necessary to keep your info accurate. Follow the steps here for ➡️Deleting Invoices.

We'd recommend keeping the 'test' customer and student though as this comes in handy when trying to see what your customers can see!


It is recommended doing this checklist in order to help save the most time (as some of these have an effect on the others)  

  1. Add your company logo 💻 - Add your logo on the customer portal, invoices and emails sent to customers by clicking here.

  2. Add your Terms and Conditions 📄 - Ensure customers have access to reading and accepting your Terms and Conditions upon registering by  clicking here.

  3. Add your teachers/staff members 🙋 - Ensure each class is linked to the correct staff member so each teacher can have access to the registers on their personal staff login by clicking here

  4. Add your venues 🏢 - Ensure your class location is correct by adding your venues by clicking here

  5. Add in your seasons holidays/closed periods 📆 - Add dates where your business is closed to ensure all classes are made unavailable by clicking here.

  6. Custom attributes 📱 - Personalise your registration forms to ensure you hold all data you need from customers/students and where you would like to see that data by clicking here.

  7. Email templates ✉️ - Personalise the automated emails that customers receive by clicking here.

  8. Add any more classes 👯 - Add your full timetable is included on the system to ensure maximum capabilities by clicking here.

  9. Enable portal enrolment 😍 - Allow your customers to join and request enrolments into classes via your companies online portal by clicking here

  10. Send the register link to your customers - You did it! You are now ready to send your customers the register link and go live! 😍 

    Don't forget once customers register to approve their enrolments and add their students to the classes they attend. Once done, you can invoice and relax whilst you receive your payments!
