Learn how potential customers can easily sign up for trial lessons and explore your class offerings.
Once you've enabled and configured your Trials feature in your Class Manager account, potential customers can effortlessly register for trial lessons to experience your classes firsthand.
Here's how the process works:
For Admin:
- Locate the trial registration link. This can be easily copied and pasted onto your website and shared across your social media platforms.
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
Trials
and go to theSettings
tab. - Click the
Copy Link
button. You may also open the link in a new browser window to preview how the registration page appears for potential customers.
- Click
- Once customers or students register for a trial, you'll find them listed in your trial registrations. To manage trial registrations:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
Trials
. - From the list, select the checkbox on the left of the student's name. You'll have the option to
Cancel
the trial,Mark as Paid
, orEnrol
them.
- Click
- Click

to the right ofCustomers
. - In the expanded menu click
Trial Registrations
. Here you'll find a list of customers with students trialling your classes. - From the Trial Registrations list, check the box next to the customer's name who wishes to continue taking your classes regularly.
- Click on
Approve Selected
and confirm the approval to transition them from trial status to active participants. Or click on theApprove and enrol
button to attach their student to the class. Their linked student profiles will also be approved.
Once approved, these students will be listed among your regular students, and depending on your settings, they will also receive a welcome email with the invitation to log in to the portal for seamless class management.
If they decide to NOT to join the class permanently, you can delete their profile, and they will be removed from the system.
a. Check the box next to the customer's name who wishes NOT to continue taking your classes regularly.b. Click on
Delete Selected
and confirm the Delete action. Once done, the trial customer and student will be removed from the system together with their information.By following these steps, potential customers can easily register for trial lessons, providing them with a convenient way to explore your class offerings before making a commitment.
