Let's walk through the process of updating class details:

. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the relevant season and locate the class (or use our handy global search feature).
- Open the class by selecting it and under the Basic Information tab click
Edit
. - On the editing page, you can make various changes to the class details. This includes updating the class name, description, venue, staff member, colour scheme, start and end date, price, minimum and maximum age, etc.
- Once you have made the desired modifications, be sure to
Save
all changes.

Similarly, if you have made any adjustments to the class schedule or venue, make sure to update the Lesson Setup accordingly. This involves adding or removing relevant lessons and updating the venue to ensure an accurate Lesson List for the class is maintained, displaying the correct venue information.
📝 Changes to the dates of an archived class are not permitted. If you need to adjust dates, consider copying the class, updating the dates accordingly, and then deleting the archived version.
