Adjusting Class Capacity

When you need to modify the number of students a class can accommodate

When initially creating a class, you specify its capacity. However, circumstances may arise where you need to increase or decrease this capacity. Here's how you can make those adjustments:

1. Click < to the right of Classes.
2. In the expanded menu click View All.
3. Select the season and locate the class (or use the global search feature).
4. Click the class you want to adjust to open it, and click Edit.
5. Update the class capacity as required.
6. Remember to Save your changes.
