Adjusting the time or date of a lesson
Do you need to cancel a class and reschedule? Rescheduling lessons is a common occurrence whether due to unforeseen circumstances, logistical reasons, or the need to accommodate student schedules. With Class Manager, you can easily adjust lesson dates and times to better suit your needs. Here's how:
To reschedule an existing lesson
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the season and locate the class (or use the global search feature).
- Navigate to the
Lessons
tab. - Click the
Register
button. - On the next page, click
Actions
. - Select
Edit Date and Time
. - Enter the details including the date and timeframe.
- And then click
Save
.
Upon saving the changes, all enrolled students will automatically be added in the register for the rescheduled lesson. Additionally, you have the option to remove any students who won't be attending the newly scheduled session, ensuring that the register accurately reflects the participants.
To delete an existing lesson:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the season and locate the class (or use the global search feature).
- Navigate to the
Lessons
tab. - Click the
Register
button. - On the next page, click
Actions
. - Select
Edit Date and Time
. - Click
Delete
then confirm and you're done.
📝 Deleting is a permanent action and cannot be reversed.
