A guide to viewing and approving pending enrolments for your classes.

When setting up class enrolments, you have the option to allow them to be automatic or require approval. If you've chosen to require approval, the following steps will guide you through the process.
How Customers Enrol
Customers can enrol their students into classes through the portal. They can then select the desired classes for their students.
Viewing Pending Enrolments
Once a customer enrols their students, their pending enrolments will appear on your account. The first place you can view this is on your dashboard, where the number of pending enrolments will be displayed.
To review and accept these enrolments, you can either:
- Go to
Classes
>Enrolments
- Or click the
Enrolments
button on the Students widget on your dashboard.
Accepting Enrolments
On the enrolments page, you'll see a list of all pending enrolments, including details such as the student's name and the class they wish to join.
To accept an enrolment, simply select the enrolment(s) and click Approve Selected
. If you have multiple pending students, you can also choose Approve All
. This action will either add the student to the class or, if the class is full, place them on the waiting list.
📝 If a new customer registers through the portal using the registration form, and then attempts to enrol in a class, you will need to accept their portal registration first before approving their class enrolment. To approve their registration, go to Customers
> Portal Registrations
