How to view and accept a pending class enrolment

When you receive a pending enrolment and you want to know where to view this & accept them onto the class

Firstly, make sure that you have activated online class enrolment (how to activate class enrolment).

When you set up your class enrolments, you are able to select whether these enrolments are automatic or they require approval. Learn how to do this here.

If you have set the enrolments to require approval then the following information is relevant.

For a customer to enrol their student to a class on the portal, they will go to 'Classes' > 'Enrol'

They will then choose which classes they want to enrol their student in:

When the customer has enrolled their students, you will receive their pending enrolment on your account. You will first be able to view this number on your dashboard:

If you want to view and accept pending enrolment (the request of the customer) either click the 'Pending' button on the Dashboard as above or go to 'Classes' > 'Enrolments'.

Once on the enrolments page, you will see all the pending enrolments that have come through to you. Who they are and what class they are for.

You just have to select the enrolment and press 'Approve Selected' or 'Approved All' if you have more than one student. This will add the student to the class. Or, if the class capacity has been reached it will add them to the waiting list for that class.

*Please note: if there are new customers that are signing up to the school through the portal with the registration form and then enrolling into classes, you will need to accept them as a new portal registration first before you can accept their enrolment.
