Why invoices may not be generating

If you are attempting to generate invoices, but it's saying 'there are no customers that can be invoiced'.

If you have created your class and are attempting to generate invoices for this class, there can be some simple reasons why this is not happening.

There are three principal reasons if invoices aren't generating. The first one is if a student hasn't been attached to the class. The second one is if lessons haven't been created for the class. The third one is if the class has already been invoiced for.

  2. If you haven't created lessons within the class, this means you have not scheduled a time that the class is going to be happening.

If you haven't created lessons within the class, this means you have not scheduled a time that the class is going to be happening.

To check this, head to the class you are attempting to invoice for and go to the 'Lesson Setup' tab. If it says 'No content' here, this will be the issue. Click 'Create' and enter the lesson data. This is the info on the lessons that are going to reoccur weekly for this class.

Don't forget to 'Save' at the end.

Once these are in place, you will be able to generate your invoices for this class.

3. It's also possible that the class has already been invoiced. To check that, head to the customer's profile and click on the Billing tab:

Look through already created invoices, both draft and approved, to see whether the class and season you are trying to invoice for are already appearing in one of them.
