Why you might see a message saying 'There are no customers that can be invoiced'
If you’re encountering issues with generating invoices and receive a message stating 'There are no customers that can be invoiced,' there are a few common reasons for this problem:
-
Students Not Attached to the Class
Ensure that students are enrolled in the class. If no students are assigned, invoices cannot be generated. You can refer to the guide on Adding a Student to a Class - Lessons Not Created
Check if lessons have been scheduled for the class. If no lesson data is entered, the system cannot generate invoices. To verify:- Click
<
to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the season and find the class.
- Select the class and navigate to the
Lesson Setup
tab. - If it shows 'No Content', you need to create and enter lesson details. Don't forget to click
Save
. - If lessons are created, ensure that the lessons are also active. Head over to the
Lessons
tab and ensure the lessons are toggled as active. You can click theToggle All to Active
button to activate all lessons in one go.
- Click
- Class Already Invoiced
Confirm that the class hasn't already been invoiced. Go to the customer's profile, select theBilling
tab, and review both draft and approved invoices to ensure the class and season you are trying to invoice for are not listed.
Addressing these common issues will help you resolve problems with invoice generation. By ensuring that students are enrolled, lessons are scheduled, and invoices are not duplicated, you can smoothly generate accurate invoices for your classes. 👍
